Jacques Takis: 109-112

This penultimate episode of ASE Season 1 sees Anthony and Sean engage in bloody battle with Jacques Tati, one of the most quirked up white boys to ever hail from the cursed kingdom of France.

Marlene Dietrich's classic-style Hollywood biopic "The Scarlet Empress" is a temporary roadblock, but soon enough we're hooting and hollering through the abstract antics of Monsieur Hulot's Holiday, Mon Oncle, and Playtime. Anthony gets a chance to lavish praise on a fresh favorite while Sean's heart warms marginally to the concept of comedy before 1980. What else could you ask for?

Sean's's card of the Week this Week is: Mishra's Bauble! You know I don't leave home without it
